This Cookie Policy explains how Esan Neural Computing (Eneco) ("Esan", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Esan website at esan.ai and the Esan product (together, the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (for example, that you are signed in) over time. We also use comparable technologies such as your browser's local storage; we refer to all of them here as "cookies".
2. The categories we use
Under EU law we may set strictly necessary cookies without your consent because the Service cannot work without them. All other categories are off by default and are only set if you opt in through our cookie banner.
Strictly necessary (always active)
- Authentication & session — keep you signed in across pages (set by our authentication provider).
- Security — protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.
- Pre-launch access — remember that you entered the early-access password, so you are not asked again.
- Cookie consent (
esan_cookie_consent) — store your cookie choices so we do not ask on every visit. - Preferences — remember settings such as light/dark theme (stored in your browser's local storage).
Analytics (optional, off until you opt in)
We do not currently set analytics cookies. If we introduce them, they will be used only to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it, and they will remain off until you accept them in the banner.
Marketing (optional, off until you opt in)
We do not currently set marketing cookies. If we introduce them, they will be used to measure and personalize our campaigns, and they will remain off until you accept them in the banner.
3. Third parties
Some necessary cookies are set by providers we rely on to run the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database) and our hosting provider. Where you use the optional Wallet feature, payments are handled by Stripe, which may set its own cookies under its own policy. See our sub-processors list for details.
4. How to manage your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: . You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking core features such as sign-in.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes to the categories we use will re-prompt you for consent. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
